We get our produce from the best, Karnataka has to offer- Fisherman's Wharf, Milk Federation, Flyer's Farm and Sam's Butchery. All our ingredients are personally chosen by chef Barilla himself.
Chef Barilla has 10 years of experience in the culinary world, having worked at The Food Factory, Bangalore, The Revenue, Mumbai and The Renaissance, Hyderabad.
All our chefs have passed the All India Chef Aprentice Exam and have a license under the FSSAI.
